SightCall Visual Assistance
Visual assistance platform that matured into a trusted standard for remote support.
Challenge

SightCall needed a more modern way to communicate the value of visual assistance. The product was powerful, but it was perceived as a utility layer rather than a strategic advantage. We needed to elevate the narrative into something global, credible, and future forward to help enterprise customers understand its true impact.

Strategy

From 2018 through 2024 I shaped the evolution of SightCall Visual Assistance into a premium AI driven solution for high trust remote support. I reframed visual assistance as a modern category norm rather than an add-on feature. The narrative focused on confidence, speed, and real world operational value for complex enterprise environments.

Execution

We established a cohesive visual identity system, refined the motion language, and continually sharpened the product’s story across web, campaigns, product marketing, and industry use cases. Field service and healthcare became leading vertical examples for demonstrating impact because the technology replaced expensive on-site logistics with immediate remote clarity at scale.

Outcome
  • Strengthened category perception and positioned the platform as a market standard
  • Improved enterprise narrative clarity which fueled higher quality pipeline conversations
  • A 151% increase in web traffic and 55% increase in on-page conversions
  • SightCall was named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies (2022)
