Challenge

SightCall needed a bold reintroduction to the market. The legacy brand felt outdated and complex which created friction for adoption and limited perceived value. We needed a new narrative that positioned the platform as intelligent, modern, and category leading.

Strategy

I repositioned SightCall VISION as the next generation evolution of SightCall’s visual assistance platform, built for AI driven enterprise support. I developed a future forward brand direction that reframed the platform as an AI driven flagship for next generation enterprise support. The goal was to make the experience feel premium and emotionally confident rather than technical and heavy.

Execution

We built a modern design language, motion system, and visual storytelling foundation used across web, social, and global events. The creative direction focused on simplicity and reduction. Every touchpoint was designed to make SightCall VISION feel effortless, powerful, and fast to grasp.
