As SightCall grew, the design team became bottlenecked by a constant stream of small requests that slowed important work. The company needed a way to distribute brand guidance and assets without sacrificing consistency or creative quality.
As Associate Creative Director I led the creation of SightCall Launchpad as an internal brand system that empowered non designers to work independently. The goal was to reduce noise, eliminate repetitive requests, and unify the visual language across teams while preserving high craft.
We built a central repository of brand tools, templates, guidelines, and approved assets that anyone in the company could access. The platform, with it's own unique visual style, made it simple to generate compliant deliverables and gave marketing, sales, and operations immediate access to what they needed without design intervention.
