Challenge

Support teams were slowed by repetitive intake and manual triage steps that increased operational cost. SightCall needed a way to automate the front of the support journey without fragmenting the product story.

Strategy

As Associate Creative Director I expanded SightCall Digital Flows as a natural extension of SightCall Visual Assistance. The idea was to position it as an efficiency upgrade that reduced friction and clarified value, not a separate destination product.

Execution

We refined a reduced color language, distinct iconography, and visuals that clearly expressed automated steps before live visual engagement. Explainer videos and modular assets were built to compress complexity into simple visual logic for enterprise audiences.

Outcome
  • Increased upsell momentum for enterprise accounts
  • Reduced support load through standardized pre-call automation
  • Established groundwork later consolidated into SightCall VISION
